Total Investment - 9300.

11am Dana + second shooter arrive at girl's getting ready space (location TBD) to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
12:15pm Second shooter meets the guys on IOP to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
1pm Bride gets into her gown; second shooter drives groom from IOP to First Look (exact location TBD)
1:30pm Dana drives bride to First Look (exact location TBD)
1:45pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits downtown
2:30pm Wedding party photos at Church + Chalmers Streets downtown
3pm Family formals at Church + Chalmers Streets downtown
3:45pm Everyone heads to Cedar Room
4pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony + reception details at this time
5pm Ceremony
5:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph extended family photos + reception details at this time
6/6:30pm Reception begins
7:30pm Rooftop sunset photos (sunset 7:57pm)
9:45pm Private last dance while guests line up for sparklers
10pm Sparkler exit

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have.  Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me or Rachel know.  I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment.  Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
